| Invites and Delites' is a sweet boutique owned by two sisters who love what they do for a living. We started our invitation line small and gradually "invited" more companies to our line. So as we continue to grow and "invite" more vendors who share our sense of creativity and enjoy what they do. We invite you to keep stopping by and shopping for your custom invitations, rentals, all occasion favors, personalized gifts and whatever you may need us to create for your one-of kind event! From Baby gifts to Bridal accessories we'll help you find exactly what you want. We hope you enjoy our custom personalized gifts and favors as much as we enjoy making them! We Invite you to give us the opportunity to Delite you! Personalization Invites and Delites offers free personalization, cello wrapping and oodles of ribbon on all gift items! Gift items are hand painted and therefore each artist's style may vary slightly. Processing Time Items are individually hand painted, so please allow up to 12 days for processing. We will try to accommodate last minute orders. Express services are available and billed at Express Shipping Rates. Please remember express shipping will not expedite the order, just the shipping. Returns and Exchanges Each order is hand-painted by one of our artists. We may or may not change the placement of a design to accommodate the shape of an item. We may also alter colors on items that are not white or are dark colored. Because our product is hand-painted, we cannot accept items for return, unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e., spelling errors). We are not liable for mistakes made on the customers' part. If a product is defective or damaged, it must be returned or exchanged immediately. Please call in your return before shipping it back. Customer will pay for return shipping on unauthorized returns. We will provide you with a Return Number, which must accompany the item. Any returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee. If your order was damaged in shipping, hold on to the products and packaging and contact us immediately. We will report the claim to UPS and replace the item. It's a good idea to open and inspect all items upon receipt. This is to your benefit, since we cannot place claims or accept returns after 30 days. Please handle your product with care. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid greasy substances like hand cream or sun-tan lotion when handling the products. It may damage the paint. Also avoid using any chemical cleaners.
